Job summary

The RealReal in Las Vegas is seeking an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor to grow consignor relationships, acquire luxury goods, and reactivate past consignors through in-home outreach and field visits.

You will manage contracts and pricing guidance, coordinating end-to-end logistics to deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience while building a robust book of business and meeting monthly quotas. Travel 70%+ in the territory.

Qualifications

• Technologically proficient; comfortable leveraging CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), digital tools to manage pipeline and drive performance.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
• Highly motivated by ownership, growth, and impact, with the drive to build a book of business and continuously improve performance.
• Results-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
• Exceptional ability to build rapport, earn trust, and communicate effectively regarding high-value goods / services with discerning clientele.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-obsessed with a passion for luxury, fashion, and sustainability.
• Willing and able to travel more than 70% within the designated market.

Responsibilities

• Engage new, inactive, and prospective clients to drive consignment activity.
• Source new leads, reactivating lapsed consignors, and converting marketing-qualified leads into active consignors.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas contributing to revenue growth.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove consignor experience throughout the process.
• Present contracts, establish pricing expectations, and guide clients through each step.
• Collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to address concerns.
• Acquire luxury items and coordinate pickup and shipment to TRR centers.
• Spend 70%+ time in the field building client relationships.
