Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor to drive new business and reactivate lapsed consignors. You will acquire luxury goods from new clients and reconnect past consignors who have not recently consigned, building a book of high-value items through in-home appointments and proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Engage new, inactive, and prospective clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments.
• Source leads, reactivate lapsed consignors, and convert marketing leads into active consignors.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas to grow revenue.
• Deliver high-touch, white-glove client experience throughout the consignment process.
• Review contracts and guide clients through pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with Retail teams and Consignor Relations to resolve client concerns.
• Oversee end-to-end pickup and shipment coordination of consignments.
• Spend 70%+ time in the field cultivating relationships.
