Qualifications

• Experience in construction and/or property management.
• Strong client service orientation.
• Ability to be primary contact for homeowners.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with vendor coordination and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Services Manager across multiple properties.
• Organise and schedule client worklists and ensure tasks close.
• Coordinate visits with homeowners, field staff and vendors.
• Facilitate onsite service calls.
• Create work orders and manage lifecycle.
• Maintain meeting minutes, property plans and procedures.
• Track vendor insurance documents; assist with billing.
