CLT Recruiters is assisting a Manhattan luxury residential construction firm in finding a Service Coordinator to manage service and warranty calls, schedule technicians, and track jobs through to closeout. This is an office-based, entry-point role into high-end residential service.

The ideal candidate will handle client communications professionally, coordinate multi-step tasks, and maintain clear updates for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle. A service-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in coordination, administration or customer service.
• Highly methodical, with the discipline to keep many open jobs moving.
• Polished on the phone - the role means dealing with luxury clients about their own homes.
• A construction or design background is a bonus, not a requirement.
