Comstock is seeking a Residential Sr. Property Manager to lead the onsite team at a luxury community in Charlotte, NC, driving leasing, occupancy, and financial results. You’ll train staff, uphold brand standards, and deliver best-in-class customer service aligned with the company culture.

You will oversee lease-ups, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, manage budgeting and reporting, and partner with construction for a seamless transition from development to operations.

Qualifikationen

• Progressive property management experience with luxury assets preferred.
• Experience leading onsite teams and delivering customer-focused service.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead onsite team to deliver first-class service and meet goals.
• Oversee lease-up from first contact through move-in.
• Collaborate with Marketing on luxury lease-up campaigns and events.
• Manage daily leasing, pricing, concessions, and market analysis.
• Resolve resident concerns professionally per guidelines.
• Assist in annual business planning and daily operations to hit targets.
• Support monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and summaries.
• Oversee maintenance to reflect luxury standards and schedule tasks.
• Coordinate with construction for smooth transition to operations.
• Manage vendor relationships for marketing and signage needs.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and employment laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
