Job summary

CLT Recruiters is seeking an Assistant Service Supervisor for a Manhattan-based high-end residential firm. The role supports the Head Service Supervisor on warranty work, service calls, and small projects within occupied luxury homes.

The position offers growth into a Service Supervisor role for candidates with strong technical skills and a client-focused approach. A background in high-end construction and discreet on-site conduct is essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in high-end construction or luxury residential environments.
• Basic carpentry and general repair skills.
• Comfortable working in occupied homes and discreet with clients.
• Clear English, written and spoken; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Service Supervisor on service calls, warranty work and small project execution.
• Assist with light carpentry, patching, paint touch-ups and repairs.
• Oversee site setup, protection and breakdown to safeguard finishes.
• Verify workmanship against quality standards and perform functionality testing on repairs.
• Confirm materials, tools and equipment ahead of each visit and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Document existing conditions and report field observations accurately.
