Job summary

CLT Recruiters in New York, NY is seeking a Service Site Supervisor to run day-to-day field operations for high-end residential projects. This supervisory role manages technicians and subcontractors in occupied residences, reporting to a Project Manager.

The successful candidate will prepare estimates, maintain logs, enforce OSHA safety, provide weekly labor forecasts, and mentor the team. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and a discretionary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience overseeing field operations in residential construction, service or maintenance.
• Excellent written communication and documentation habits for email trails and logs.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and ensure work meets them.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee daily site activity across punch list work, home maintenance and small service projects.
• Manage a team of technicians and subcontractors, uphold quality and presentation standards.
• Prepare estimates for Project Manager review before client engagement.
• Maintain weekly activity sheet and service work order log; issue updated punch list every Thursday with forecast.
• Provide weekly labor forecast to aid resource planning by Project Manager.
• Resolve site issues quickly; escalate to Project Manager as needed.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used; review invoices with accounting.
• Enforce OSHA requirements and company safety protocols.
• Train and mentor the team; flag performance concerns early.
