CLT Recruiters is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional for our client’s Property Services Division in Boston, handling finished luxury homes across Boston and the nearby suburbs.

You'll perform general maintenance and carpentry from frame to finish, diagnose issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and finishes, and coordinate trusted vendors to execute high-quality work. On-call and emergency response are part of the role, with a strong emphasis on professionalism in occupied homes.

Qualifications

• General residential maintenance and home repair experience.
• Carpentry from frame to finish.
• Ability to diagnose faults across trades and judge whether a vendor has done the job properly.
• Able to work in an occupied high-end home with the owner present and leave a good impression.

Responsibilities

• General residential maintenance and home repair for luxury homes in Boston.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, high-end finishes; manage third-party vendors.
• Run preventative maintenance on trades and systems.
• Be part of on-call and emergency response rota.
