Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent who delivers outstanding hospitality and efficient service to guests. You will greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and respond to inquiries with professionalism while supporting the front office team.

The role requires at least 1 year of luxury hotel experience, strong English skills, and the ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of Miami and computer systems is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year hotel experience in a luxury hotel.
• Written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language.
• Fluency in a language other than English strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Computer knowledge.
• Knowledgeable of Miami areas.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name; ensure correct room type and rate; arrange luggage delivery; issue keys.
• Check out guests; confirm satisfaction; process billing and payments.
• Maintain a balanced hotel cash bank; handle currency exchanges; close out transactions per shift.
• Respond to guest requests with hospitality and professionalism; resolve complaints; provide information on hotel services and local guidance.
• Use computer systems to check guests in/out, run daily reports, and block rooms for arrivals.
• Follow Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct; work harmoniously with colleagues.
• Answer guest calls and direct them in the absence of Reservations Staff.
• Accept reservations, changes and cancellations when Reservations Department is unavailable.
