Job summary

Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to warmly welcome and register hotel guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and respond to a wide variety of guest requests with thoughtful, personalized touches.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hotel front desk/reception experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
