Job summary

The Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a Concierge who shares a passion for excellence and delivers exceptional guest experiences. You will respond to guest requests, provide local knowledge, and coordinate with vendors to enhance stays in a luxury, service-driven environment.

With at least 2 years in concierge or related guest-facing roles, you will excel at communication, organization, and discretion while handling busy shifts and attending to every detail to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Concierge, Front Office, Guest Services, or other luxury hospitality guest-facing role.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a genuine passion for creating personalized and memorable experiences.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to remain calm, resourceful, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including AM/PM, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and adding personal recommendations.
• Update desk collateral and information for local dining and attractions.
• Handle guest interactions with high hospitality; resolve complaints and assist with hotel services.
• Process packages and mail accurately and timely.
• Know city activities and liaise with vendors to provide tickets and reservations.
• Store and retrieve guest luggage and input billing information via software.
