Job summary

Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to warmly welcome and register hotel guests, assist with requests, and ensure an exceptional stay. You will check guests in and out, handle inquiries, and collaborate with multiple hotel departments to deliver personalized service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of frontline hotel experience, polished presentation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience at a hotel front desk/reception, preferably in luxury properties.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests efficiently and friendly, ensuring correct room type and rate.
• Check out guests, confirm satisfaction, handle keys and charges.
• Assist with pre-arrival emails, concierge communications, and special occasion setup.
• Handle guest inquiries with exceptional hospitality and resolve complaints.
• Use computer systems to check in/out, run reports, and manage room blocks.
• Assist during busy periods in Concierge, Guest Relations, and lobby coverage.
