RH is seeking an Outlet Sales Leader to guide a high-energy, results-driven sales team for our Rockville outlets. You will drive revenue and customer satisfaction by training, motivating, and empowering team members to deliver extraordinary experiences.

You will partner with store operations and customer service to uphold RH brand standards, ensuring consistent policy adherence and brand presentation across all interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in retail
• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and customer engagement
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours

Responsabilités

• Drive sales performance by setting clear goals and monitoring KPIs
• Ensure all team members are trained in product knowledge, selling techniques, and policies
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and markdowns
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships
• Maintain elevated brand standards in merchandising, store appearance, and customer interactions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations and service
• Uphold safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards
