In a fast-paced setting, you will optimize store performance, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure merchandising and visibility align with outlet strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in retail, home furnishings preferred.
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with solid decision-making.
• Proficient with Mac OS, iOS, MS Office, and Google apps.
• Adaptable and resilient with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Flexible schedule across all operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop the team in partnership with the Outlet Leader.
• Review and analyze business performance to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations and customer service.
• Maintain merchandising standards reflecting the RH brand and Outlet vision.
• Ensure visual presentation supports safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Model adaptability and guide the team through change with a solutions-focused approach.
• Represent the RH brand through communication, presentation, and professionalism.
