Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in retail (home furnishings preferred).
• Strong leadership and communications skills to inspire teams.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to quality with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire teams to create a positive, dynamic, and performance-driven culture
• Foster a People First environment by addressing team needs and supporting growth and well-being
• Guide all aspects of Team Member lifecycle decisions with Field Leadership and People Team
• Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards and supports quality, safety, and operations
• Champion profit protection across risk management, security, cash controls, inventory, and audits
• Identify and communicate business opportunities to drive results
• Support initiatives and feedback as the business evolves
• Represent the RH brand with integrity, professionalism, and presentation
