Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail.
• Strong leadership and communications skills to inspire teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to Quality with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire teams to create a positive, performance-driven culture.
• Foster a People First environment by addressing team needs and supporting growth.
• Guide all team member lifecycle decisions in partnership with Field Leadership and People Team.
• Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards and outlet vision.
• Champion profit protection across risk management, security, and inventory controls.
• Identify and communicate business opportunities to drive results.
• Support initiatives and rollouts as the business evolves.
• Represent the RH brand with integrity and presentation.
