• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail (home furnishings preferred).
• Strong leadership and communications skills to guide Team Members.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to Quality with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, MS Office and Google apps.
