Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in luxury or premium retail or other client-focused experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver an exceptional luxury experience per the Moncler Client Promise.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and proactive outreach.
• Understand and anticipate client needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Develop new client relationships while strengthening existing ones through clienteling tools.
• Utilize bilingual/multilingual communication to support an international client base.
