Coastal Ridge Real Estate seeks a Multi-Site Property Manager, Conventional, to lead Essex and Langham in a three-property portfolio in Columbus, OH. You will guide operations, leasing, and resident services, reporting to the Regional Manager.

The role requires 3–7 years in conventional housing PM, with strong leadership and system knowledge (Entrata/Onesite/Yieldstar). On-site position with full-time hours and a focus on delivering financial and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–7 years of progressive conventional housing PM experience.
• Experience with property management systems (Entrata/Onesite/Yieldstar).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Drive financial and operational goals for the property portfolio.
• Oversee leasing production, marketing, and market knowledge.
• Manage rent collection, delinquencies, and legal actions as needed.
• Coach and develop a high-performing property management team.
• Ensure timely reporting and risk communication to leadership.
• Serve as liaison between corporate office and properties.
