LĀK MedSpa is seeking a friendly, professional Guest Services & Patient Coordinator to join our growing team and help create an exceptional patient experience in a premier, physician-led medical spa.

You will manage appointments, educate patients about services and memberships, and support sales and retention efforts while maintaining accurate records in Zenoti and coordinating with the clinical team.

Responsabilités

• Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every patient, both in person and through phone, email, and text.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, waitlists, and rebooking.
• Follow up with prospective patients and existing clients to encourage consultations, treatments, and continued care.
• Educate patients about our services, memberships, skincare products, specials, and events.
• Support sales, patient retention, and revenue growth through consistent follow-up, rebooking, and patient engagement.
• Maintain accurate patient information, documentation, and membership records in Zenoti.
• Monitor incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries to ensure timely follow-up.
• Support provider schedules and communicate patient needs and scheduling changes with the clinical team.
• Review approved treatment estimates, packages, membership options, and payment information.
• Assist with patient retention initiatives, marketing events, RSVP tracking, and event preparation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
