Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1+ year in a reception or front desk hospitality role, preferably in a med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury service environment.
• Forward-facing sales enthusiast with a genuine passion for skincare, aesthetics, and wellness.
• Strong sales acumen to educate clients, recommend services/products, and drive retail, membership, and rebooking goals.
• Highly customer-service oriented, with a polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
• Experience utilizing client appointment booking systems; hands-on experience with Zenoti strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Represent the Attune values and culture while maintaining knowledge of clinic services, products, pricing, and policies; communicate to clients and staff.
• Serve as a front-facing brand ambassador, delivering a warm, elevated client experience from check-in to check-out.
• Utilize Zenoti for scheduling, client profiles, memberships, POS transactions, and reporting; assist with revenue balancing and invoicing.
• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations.
• Support inventory management, system updates, and data accuracy for client information storage and security.
• Multitask between administrative duties and direct client interactions without compromising service or sales opportunities.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Oversee daily front desk operations including scheduling, check-outs, and reception flow; maintain a polished environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with providers, FOH, and leadership to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Address client concerns with empathy and proactive problem-solving; partner with management on prevention strategies.
• Build strong client relationships through personalized service, hospitality, and loyalty-building techniques.
• Support spa marketing, community engagement, and client retention initiatives by sharing insights and recommendations.
• Stay current on skincare trends and industry best practices to elevate service and sales performance.
• Meet or exceed goals related to client satisfaction, retail sales, and rebooking; assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
