Job summary

Greenwich MedSpa is seeking a proactive front desk liaison and operations support professional in Greenwich, CT. You will train and support the Call Center, assist with customer service, retail sales, and transactional counter duties, while ensuring smooth office operations and adherence to service standards.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant experience required or preferred.
• 2–3 years dermatologic/aesthetics experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for Front Desk and Medspa Manager and support Call Center.
• Train Aesthetic Representatives on service standards and assist Call Center.
• Open/close medspa in absence of management and handle price changes.
• Process payments, deposits, and reconcile cash with accuracy.
• Prepare EOD reports and assist inventory management.
• Meet, greet, and close patients; maintain reception and transaction areas.
• Support marketing objectives and coordinate appointments and data entry.
