Kairoi is seeking a Leasing Professional in Englewood, CO to manage the sales process from inquiry to lease signing, delivering outstanding service to prospective and current residents. You will present the community, respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the leasing journey.

You will maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, and availability, use Yardi or RealPage to track leases, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, and contribute to retention programs and marketing

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in leasing or sales, preferably in multifamily.
• Proficiency with Yardi or RealPage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

• Present the community and apartments to prospects with enthusiasm.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, guide leasing process.
• Maintain knowledge of property features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi/RealPage to manage resident information and leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs ensuring a smooth experience.
• Plan resident retention programs and events.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing and social media.
• Maintain records of resident interactions and transactions; comply with laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
