Job summary

Kairoi is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to lease signing. You will present communities, highlight amenities, and guide prospects through tours while delivering high-level customer service.

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of floor plans, pricing, and availability, operate Yardi or RealPage to process applications, and support resident retention through events and strong relationship building.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments, highlighting features and amenities that appeal to prospects.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Maintain understanding of floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use property management software (Yardi/RealPage) to manage resident data, applications, and leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth experience.
• Plan and execute resident retention programs and events.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing, social media, and online reputation.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance.
