Northwood Ravin, LLC. is seeking a Leasing Associate to serve as the brand ambassador of Capitol View. You will conduct personalized tours, convert leads to leases, and enhance the resident experience through events and social media promotion.

The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and a customer-focused approach to build lasting resident relationships in a dynamic downtown Nashville community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct informative, personalized tours of the community to secure leases.
• Convert leads to tours and tours to leases by highlighting features and lifestyle.
• Address resident concerns and feedback with empathy and resolution.
• Plan and host resident events to boost engagement.
• Create social media content (posts, videos) to promote the community.
• Work weekends up to three weekends per month with two weekdays off.
• Attend marketing and networking events as needed.
