Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience in real estate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized property tours and help clients select floorplans.
• Follow up on leads with tailored updates and neighborhood info.
• Coordinate with residents and team to ensure premium service.
• Availability on Saturdays due to peak traffic.
