Responsibilities

• Manage concierge desk operations with accuracy and discretion (packages, guest access).
• Coordinate between residents and onsite teams to ensure seamless service execution.
• Maintain lobby visibility with a polished hospitality presence.
• Create a consistent, polished resident experience by recognizing needs and responding promptly.
• Handle resident requests with judgement and follow-through, resolving issues without escalation.
