Northwood Ravin is seeking a Leasing Associate for the Varela Westshore community in Tampa, FL. You’ll own the full leasing experience from first impression to signed lease and represent the community as a lifestyle choice.

You’ll build trust, convert leads, and deliver exceptional service, while coordinating tours, events, and resident engagement. This role requires weekend availability and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset.

Formación

• Experience in multifamily leasing or high-touch customer service.
• Strong closing instincts with clear communication.
• Familiar with leasing systems like Onesite and Funnel.

Responsabilidades

• Build trust with prospects and residents through listening and solution delivery.
• Convert leads to tours and tours to leases with follow-up.
• Create social media content reflecting community energy.
• Plan and execute resident events to boost retention.
