Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC seeks an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee high-end residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects in Buckhead and across North Atlanta. This hands-on leadership role manages 5–10 active projects, ensuring craftsmanship, client communication, safety, and efficient cycle times while upholding budget performance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential construction field-management experience.
• Direct experience supervising kitchen, bathroom, or high-end residential renovations.
• Ability to supervise more than 5 projects in the field simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Own field management of 5–10 residential kitchen/bath projects from measurement to completion.
• Coordinate daily field activities across multiple jobsites and manage scopes, plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead trade partners, installers, and vendors; ensure safety, cleanliness, and timely progress.
• Maintain client communication, set expectations, and deliver a top‑quality client experience.
• Perform regular jobsite inspections and ensure adherence to standards and codes.
• Guide project teams and ensure project margins and timelines remain on track.
