Job summary

Buccellati, a Richemont brand, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive luxury sales in Bal Harbour Village, FL. You will build and manage a high-value client database, deliver exceptional service, and collaborate with boutique teams to optimize performance.

Responsibilities include achieving targets, clienteling, after-sales support, and participating in events to grow brand loyalty while upholding the Maison’s standards and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent understanding of luxury client experience and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets directed by Management.
• Build strong client relationships and nurture new clients via CRM.
• Provide exceptional customer service in-store and for ecommerce/phone inquiries.
• Assist with events and activities to boost brand awareness and loyalty.
• Maintain boutique visual standards and contribute to daily operations.
