You will collaborate with Boutique Team to optimize performance, manage client relationships with CRM tools, and participate in daily boutique operations, events, and after-sales support.

Experience in luxury retail and strong communication are essential; flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher
• Luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and luxury client experience
• Proficient with Excel, SAP a plus
• Experience with logistics and operations
• Self-starter with team-player attitude
• Flexible for evenings, weekends and holidays
• Able to stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales target
• Work with Boutique Director on special client requests
• Ensure each client receives exceptional service and welcoming environment
• Support after-sales clients
• Support ecommerce and phone inquiries to schedule appointments
• Extensive knowledge of industry news and competitive brands
• Knowledge of high jewelry and selling ceremony
