Job summary

Richemont's Myrtle Beach boutique seeks a Sales Executive Ambassador to drive sales, cultivate a strong client database, and deliver an exceptional luxury experience. You will use storytelling and product knowledge to create memorable client moments and contribute to daily Boutique operations.

Collaborating with Boutique leadership, you will enhance client relationships, support after-sales and ecommerce inquiries, and uphold brand standards in a dynamic luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; College degree preferred
• Luxury retail or hospitality experience is preferred
• Excellent understanding of the luxury client experience and customer service
• Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP is a plus
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with logistics and operations
• Self-starter with a Team-Player approach
• Flexibility to work on evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed
• Ability to spend long periods of time standing

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets as directed by Management
• Build and nurture client relationships through expert clientelling and CRM initiatives
• Capture client data accurately and follow-up consistently
• Support boutique and corporate teams with events and off-site activities
• Assist daily boutique operations and maintain visual standards
