Job summary

Buccellati in Bal Harbour Village seeks a Sales Executive to drive sales targets, build a strong client database, and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. You will use storytelling and product knowledge to create immersive experiences while collaborating daily with the Boutique Team to optimize performance.

Responsibilities include clienteling, CRM data capture, and coordinating with management for events and high-value client engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; College degree preferred in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service and ability to provide an exceptional luxury client experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable using CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by Management.
• Cultivate client relationships through expert clienteling and CRM initiatives.
• Assist with boutique operations, including inventory and visual standards, to support performance.
• Provide after-sales support and respond to client inquiries via in-store and off-site channels.
• Support ecommerce and phone inquiries to schedule appointments and respond to client needs.
