Job summary

Van Cleef and Arpels in Honolulu seeks a luxury sales professional to drive High Jewelry sales through exceptional service, clienteling, and event participation. The role emphasizes building a loyal client network and maintaining pristine boutique presentation while aligning with brand standards.

You will collaborate with the Boutique Manager to balance daily business, travel as needed, and participate in clienteling initiatives and CRM activities, with a generous compensation and benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience preferred.
• Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a luxury environment.
• Effective communication in person and in writing contributes to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend social functions to generate new business and invite clients to events.
• Oversee CRM initiatives, client data capture, novelties and events communication, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
• Assist in daily display setup and evening breakdown, maintaining boutique aesthetics.
• Willingness to travel as required.
