Highgate Hotels is seeking a Sales Manager in Miami to drive revenue across key market segments. You will learn hotel operations and policies, engage with clients, and lead a robust sales solicitation program.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work extended hours. You will collaborate with the Director of Sales and participate in site inspections, entertainment events, and promotions to maximize occupancy and ADR while managing reports and client

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be skilled in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Long hours sometimes required.
• Light work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily Highgate Hotel Business Review (HHBR) meeting.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations including F&B, Guest Services and Reservations.
• Adhere to company sales policies and SOPs by sales team.
• Meet or exceed set sales goals.
• Operate the Sales Department within budget.
