Highgate Hotels is seeking a BT Sales Manager for The Elser Hotel & Residences in Downtown Miami. You will drive direct sales, build key accounts, and expand market presence to maximize occupancy and ADR.

The role requires strong guest-service orientation and collaboration with operations and marketing teams. The position offers full-time hours, on-site work, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, retirement, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Requires a customer-service mindset and strong communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize department functions to meet deadlines.
• Experience in hospitality sales or related field is preferred.
• Must be proficient with standard office software and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Attend daily HHBR meeting and learn hotel operations.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and manage accounts/territory.
• Initiate and follow up on leads and maintain an active solicitation program.
• Use the sales system to manage accounts, generate reports, and track activities.
• Represent the hotel professionally in client visits and site inspections.
