Highgate Hotels in Miami’s E11EVEN Hotel & Residences invites a Leisure Sales Manager to drive leisure room revenue by cultivating luxury travel partnerships with top travel advisors and consortia networks. You will lead strategic account management and coordinate with Revenue Management to optimize ADR and brand presence.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of progressive sales experience, including three in leadership within luxury hospitality, strong communication, and travel

Qualifikationen

• Five years of progressive sales experience required.
• At least three years in leadership within luxury/leisure environments.
• Experience with luxury travel distribution channels and agencies is preferred.
• Degree coursework in Hospitality, Business, Marketing is helpful.

• Cultivate and sustain high-value leisure travel partnerships.
• Aggressively solicit new leisure business to drive premium revenue.
• Strategic account management with agencies, consortia, and travel advisors.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize ADR and market position.
