Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality in Buckhead is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support group bookings, room blocks, rooming lists, and event details on site for our 201-room Autograph hotel. You will act as the liaison between the sales and guest services teams with a welcoming demeanor to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires Marriott brand systems experience and at least 1 year in sales or events, with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in Marriott brand systems preferable in sales or events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the property’s use, effectiveness and compliance of the Sales system.
• Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).
• Coordinate of rooming lists.
• Answer questions from groups.
• Communicate between sales and guest services to ensure positive customer service.
• Promote brand image internally and externally.
• Assemble information packages (brochures, promotional materials).
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (commissions, leads, third parties) in sales software.
• Answer calls to management and liaise between catering, management and guests.
• Schedule management appointments.
• Interact professionally with guests, vendors and staff.
• Perform clerical duties (typing, filing, phones).
• Maintain filing systems and vendor information.
• Greet visitors and follow up to resolution.
• Process accounting duties including commissions, payments, deposits.
• Maintain professional work environment and office equipment.
• Make reservations for VIP guests.
• Provide administrative support for hotel operations.
• Follow policies, SOPs and safety standards.
• Adhere to attendance and reliability standards.
• Follow additional duties as assigned by management.
