Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator to assist clients in booking hotel meeting and event spaces and support the sales team across departments.

The role requires communication with clients by phone and email, coordination with the sales & marketing team, and preparation of proposals, reports, and details with clients and suppliers. Prior hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hotel experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating with sales and events is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client/bookers questions about property facilities/services (hours, rates, room types, packages, promotions, events, etc.).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions.
• Coordinate internally with the sales and marketing team.
• Generate reports, prepare proposals, and coordinate with clients & suppliers.
