You will coordinate events, manage budgets and vendor relationships, provide on-site support, assist leaders with scheduling and travel, and help maintain a professional, guest-ready environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, event coordination, or admin support.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Professional, welcoming, service-oriented demeanor.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office; ability to learn new tech.
• Luxury service or real estate experience preferred.
• Monday.com or CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute company events and client-facing functions.
• Track event budgets, expenses, invoices and vendor relations.
• Manage invitations, RSVPs and event communications.
• Maintain calendars, timelines and planning documents.
• Provide on-site support and guest experience oversight.
• Support Chief of Staff and leadership with admin needs.
• Assist with travel logistics and meeting preparations.
• Ensure well-organized and guest-ready office spaces.
• Collaborate with vendors and office teams on daily operations.
• Assist with gifting and special events.
• Research venues and opportunities to enhance hospitality.
