Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator to assist clients in booking meeting and event spaces and support the sales team in delivering exceptional service. You will coordinate with hotel departments and outside vendors to ensure events run smoothly, answering inquiries by phone and email and providing timely responses.

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generating reports, preparing proposals, collecting details, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
