Peregrine Hospitality seeks a sales-oriented coordinator to serve as Sales Coordinator for our Buckhead Autograph Hotel, a 201-room luxury property onsite in Buckhead, GA. You will serve as the point of contact for group functions and bookings, coordinating room blocks, amenities, and event details while liaising with sales and guest services teams with a welcoming, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with Marriott brand systems preferred, in sales or events.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate use, effectiveness and compliance of the Sales system.
• Prepare sales documents (proposals, contracts, banquet event orders).
• Coordinate rooming lists and event details setup.
• Answer questions from groups and liaise between sales, guest services, and clients.
• Maintain customer database and process commissions, leads, and payments.
