Job summary

Peachtree Group seeks a Hotel Sales Coordinator to support the booking of meeting and event spaces, assist clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. You will work with hotel departments and outside vendors to manage events and respond to client inquiries by phone and email.

The role involves generating proposals, compiling details, and coordinating with the sales & marketing team to ensure accuracy and timely communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.)
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generating reports, preparing proposals, collecting details, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
