Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks a seasoned General Manager to oversee a luxury hotel’s operations, guest experiences, and culinary integration. This leader will partner with food & beverage teams to uphold the property’s standards of excellence and drive financial performance.

The role requires proven senior hotel leadership, robust operations knowledge, and the ability to motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hotel or hospitality management experience.
• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Director of Operations, or senior hotel leader.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and financial performance.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse hospitality teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-service hotel operations with accountability for guest experience, team performance, and financial results.
• Manage departmental leadership, staffing, service standards, and day-to-day property execution.
• Oversee budgets, operational reporting, cost controls, and revenue-focused initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with hospitality standards, safety requirements, and service quality expectations.
