Qualifications

• Proven experience as Hotel General Manager or senior AGM moving to next step.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance.
• Strong leadership to build trust and drive team excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations with a hands-on, guest-focused approach.
• Own the P&L, budgets, forecasts and profitability strategy.
• Build, coach and inspire department leaders and frontline teams.
• Ensure brand standards, SOPs and safety compliance are met.
