Qualifications

• 2-5 years of General Manager experience.

• Familiar with local, state, and federal employment laws; HR basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel operations per business plan and budget, with a focus on room sales.
• Oversee daily financials, revenue tracking, and expense management to meet targets.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; ensure payroll accuracy and attendance.
• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction through daily inspections.
