Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager for one of its Meritage Collection luxury hotels. You will lead the property’s operations, driving revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction while ensuring high service standards and exceptional team performance.

The role requires several years of GM/Operations leadership within luxury hospitality, with a focus on budgeting, staff development and stakeholder relations. On-site leadership and a commitment to value creation are essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of related experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager or Director of Operations.
• Solid knowledge of hotel management, service standards and guest relations.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams in a high-volume environment with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maximize top-line revenue, profitability and ROI for the hotel.
• Provide executive-level leadership to drive operating and financial performance.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor forecasts to maximize profitability.
