Sonesta International Hotels seeks a seasoned General Manager to oversee a full-service hotel or resort, directing all operations and teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results.

You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional groups to drive revenue and guest loyalty in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive hotel leadership or resort operations experience.
• Senior leadership experience in a full-service hotel or resort (GM/Director of Operations).
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, luxury hospitality, revenue management, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations across all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, Revenue, and Engineering.
• Drive guest satisfaction, service culture, and operational excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and profitability initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to maximize occupancy and market share.
• Monitor KPIs, guest satisfaction scores, and financial performance for continuous improvement.
