Job summary

Action Property Management is seeking a General Manager to oversee a large luxury residential community. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead onsite teams, and ensure residents, Board Members, and vendors are aligned with the Board's vision.

You will drive operational excellence, safeguard property value, and deliver a first-class living experience, while upholding governance and regulatory standards across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HOA management experience.
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM credentials preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and budget oversight.
• Knowledge of CC&R and HOA governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Public Administration, or related field desired.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with Board and residents and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the Board, residents, staff, vendors.
• Lead and develop a high performing onsite team across departments.
• Oversee facilities management, security, vendor contracts, and service delivery standards.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and reserve budgets, financial reports, and capital improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, local and state regulations, and HOA best practices.
• Support the Board with agenda preparation, meeting facilitation, and implementation of directives.
• Promote a strong sense of community and homeowner satisfaction through responsive communication.
