Action Property Management is seeking a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-scale, luxury residential community. You will lead onsite teams, manage facilities and budgets, and maintain strong relationships with residents, the Board, and vendors.

This role reports to the Board and requires strategic leadership, financial acumen, and a deep knowledge of HOA governance. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of General Manager HOA management experience at a large-scale community (3,000+ units).
• Credentials such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM preferred.
• Strong financial acumen including budget preparation and oversight.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills to guide stakeholders and teams.
• Knowledge of audits, reserve studies, and bidding processes.
• Deep knowledge of CC&R, HOA governance, and applicable laws (CA Civil Code preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including conflict resolution and presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Public Administration or related field strongly desired.

• Act as primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, staff, and vendors.
• Lead and develop onsite team across departments.
• Oversee facilities management, security, vendor contracts, and service delivery standards.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and reserve budget, financial reports, and capital plans.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, regulations, and HOA best practices.
• Support Board with agenda preparation, meeting facilitation, and implementation of directives.
• Promote homeowner satisfaction through responsive communication and proactive service.
